Can I get a refund for my order?Physical Items: NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on custom made items unless broken/damaged during the shipping process. Since custom items are made specifically for you, I will not be able to restock your purchase therefore no refund will be given. If you would like to return/exchange your items that I will be able to restock and resale you must follow the rules below. - Must be in brand new condition - Must have no damage or wear marks present to be able to be resold. - Must be shipped back to me within 30 calendar days of purchase. - Refunds for trying to purchase a custom logo that is Copyrighted or Trademarked will have a $5 refund fee to pay for the transaction costs from PayPal/Stripe/Apple etc. - Refunds will take place after item is returned to me and I verify it is in good restocking condition. Digital Assets/Orders: Digital assets are easily copied and shared. Once a digital asset is purchased, it is difficult to prevent it from being copied and shared with others. This means that the seller could lose money if they were to give refunds for digital assets that have been copied. Digital assets are not tangible goods. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or exchanged. This means that the buyer is taking a risk when they purchase a digital asset, and they should be aware that they may not be able to get a refund if they are not satisfied with the purchase.
