International orders typically take between 2-3 business weeks to arrive post shipping status. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it's ready to be shipped, along with a tracking number. Once it has arrived in your area, from my experience thus far, you will receive notification via your postal service that you have incoming mail. Your country MAY or MAY NOT require import fees, which Shurdle, LLC are not liable for.

Tracking on international orders can be tracked via USPS all the way up until they reach your customs. After your customs takes the package, USPS will not be able to track the package.

If you would like to return your order, you must follow my returns/refunds policy which you will have to agree to upon checkout. Custom made items are non-refundable, however shelf items & stock items are.
