Customer care is the most important part of business to be withheld and I truly believe I have the best customer care you can find. I will respond to any emails, messages & DM's as soon as I see them and able to respond which the majority of the time is within minutes.

Absolutely NO private information of any customer or partner will be shared or used. Your privacy and safety are of the utmost importance to me as well as none of your data will be shared or sold to 3rd party companies for any purpose. Know that any shopping or partnership will be completely private information unless we have agreed on special circumstances for any such thing to be released.
Warning
Returns & Refunds - Physical Items
NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on custom made items unless broken/damaged during the shipping process. Since custom items are made specifically for you, I will not be able to restock your purchase therefore no refund will be given.

If you would like to return/exchange your items that I will be able to restock and resale you must follow the rules below.

- Must be in brand new condition
- Must have no damage or wear marks present to be able to be resold.
- Must be shipped back to me within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- Refunds for trying to purchase a custom logo that is Copyrighted or Trademarked will have a $5 refund fee to pay for my refund fee to PayPal or Stripe (credit card payments).
- Refunds will take place after item is returned to me and I verify it is in good restocking condition.
Unless otherwise noted in product description online, these items are made from PLA-Plastic and are not meant for high heat situations and may deform/break. PLA is a biodegradable material, but please recycle/dispose of the items properly. Do NOT give these items to small children. Do NOT let small children chew/eat these items. Do NOT let animals chew/eat these items.

NO Refunds - Digital Assets

Digital assets are easily copied and shared. Once a digital asset is purchased, it is difficult to prevent it from being copied and shared with others. This means that the seller could lose money if they were to give refunds for digital assets that have been copied.

Digital assets are not tangible goods. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or exchanged. This means that the buyer is taking a risk when they purchase a digital asset, and they should be aware that they may not be able to get a refund if they are not satisfied with the purchase.
